We will all have memories of Michael Jackson and his music; from his childhood days as part of the Jackson 5 through his genius years such as Thriller and his troubled years.
He won't be the first genius to be a troubled person; Lewis carol, Woddy Allen or from music, Karen Carpenter, Marc Bolan, Jimi Hendrix and Elvis Presley to name but a few.
Let us remember him for his talent, for the joy he has brought to millions over many years. I was truly sad when I woke and heard the news today; his music was just so "telling". 'Earth Song' will be a particular favourite of mine for all time.
Tell the ones you love how much you love them, tell them they are beautiful, celebrate their successes; treasure them....Michael lacked that and so, for all his genius he had great sadness in his life, but he brought great joy.
Reflect happily upon good memories of Michael.

| An excellent blog Kieran. He will be missed for sure, but goes out young as does so much of the true music talent; John Bonham, Keith Moon and Jim Morrisson just to add a few to your previous list. Probably Amy Winehouse next... | ||
